• Ferris, Flinn & Medina, LLC has a high success rate with WaterSMART grants. 

WaterSMART Water and Efficiency Grants 2011 – Ferris, Flinn & Medina, LLC was 100% successful in the WaterSMART process.  Both grants that Ferris, Flinn & Medina, LLC, applied for on behalf of clients, were awarded.  The Bureau of Reclamation considered 178 proposals but was only able to award 54 projects.  Of the 54 projects awarded, only seven were awarded in Texas, of those seven, two were prepared by Ferris, Flinn & Medina, LLC.
